Once you have chosen a property, your consultant will negotiate on your behalf, will review your lease, and will guide you through lease-signing and move-in.

  • As you navigate your new hometown your consultant will populate your space on CCR MyMove with all the essential amenities. This will include doctors, hospitals, health centres, it will also include sport, leisure, and fitness amenities, along with shopping and recreation options. Remember too that if you have any specific questions or requests, CCR Chat will be available for you.

  • Based on your requirements and preferences, suitable schools will be shortlisted for you and presented on CCR MyMove. Based on your choices, viewings will be arranged. Once you have chosen a school(s), your consultant will arrange for you to receive the necessary enrolment forms and will guide you through the purchase of school uniforms, books etc., as applicable.

  • When you relocate to a new country or area, some things are essential, which we call 'My Essentials'. So, whether you are opening a bank account, undergoing local registration, or engaging in any other mandatory activity linked to your relocation, your consultant will guide you each step of the way through your space on CCR MyMove.
